Nissan - Claim #4529****
Please have someone give me call today regarding my claim. I placed this claim last week and were told that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. It has been days since the claim was made. My 2018 Rogue has only approx 41,000 miles on it. The Power Train has failed. I took it to the dealership at Town Center Nissan and they said that the damage was not covered due to mismatched tired. They do not have proof of any mismatched tires. They discarded the tires before providing any proof and asked me to purchase a new set. I need for Nissan to honor the warranty on my vehicle.
For Nissan to honor their manufacture's warranty and repair my vehicle.
