Not happy with company.... Placed order on 8/1, received order # but NO tracking info. When questioned showed no order found, but I have a #, tracking status NOT FOUND. Unable to contact anyone at the company or send email. When calling the company the only thing a person can do is track order when you are instructed to go on line and follow the tracking procedures. How is a customer able to track his/her order if NO TRACKING INFO given or an email address for customer service. Your assistance regarding this matter ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Counted 100 words explained what I feel is necessary why cannot I not send???????
