Adore Me - AdoreMe Has Stolen My Money

On July 19th I placed an order in the amount of $225. I received a notification that: Delayed In Processing Your order has been delayed in processing as we move to our new warehouse. Rest assured, your order is still on its way! A month later, my order still hasn't shipped, despite how the $225 left my credit card account the very same day I transacted. Their live chat is turned off. I reached out to them via email to get a status update and heard nothing. I reached out via Instagram comment and was ignored, via Instagram message and did not even have my message read, until a week later when I finally I received a vague email saying "Adore Me - Sherlyn (Customer Care) Aug 6, 18:27 EDT Hello Charlotte, Thank you for contacting us and I am terribly sorry for the delay in response. We were updating our email platform that prevented us from receiving some emails from our customers. I'm also sorry to see that your order #30484**** is still processing despite our best efforts to ship it out and that you were not informed about the movement prior to placing the order. We'll do our best to ship it out as fast as possible as we're aware of how important it is to not only offer quality products but to also process and deliver them in a timely manner. I have added $10 store credits to your Adore Me account for the inconvenience and we are kindly asking for your patience and understanding about this matter. I wish I could do more. But as much as possible I don't want to give you inaccurate details on when your package will be shipped as we also don't have the information available yet." Just full of excuses - warehouse move, email updates, we're "doing our best" but doing their best appears to be doing nothing at all...I've purchased from this company for four years and never had an issue, but you can guarantee they have now lost my business forever and I'm disputing the transaction with my credit card and getting legal involved I don't want your bogus $10 credit that is just going to enable you to steal more money from me, I want the original order that I placed.
