NBKC Bank - Wheres my money?

You guys flosed my account for "30 days neg balance " however 15 of those days it was locked and you closedbitbduring a dispute , meaning the negative balance was in fact not negative as they were overturned . Thus closing my account for nothibg . Additioanally i attempted to transfer remaining amounts out m however those transactions were cancelled by thr other bank and sent back. Iv provided documents to show that . However the responses iv gotten never touch that . Or they simply show the statement where the transfee was attempted . However im providing a document saying it was cancelled after that date so thats not really answering my question to where is my money . Even more recently when i spoken to a dispute rep his exzact words were " i see where the amount was refunded to the account but because the account is closed we need to get a check or transfer the funds " . However noone has done that instead im told to email people for 8 mo ths who dont respond . If noone is going to work with me to resolve this problem i will proceed legally in any abd every aspect available . I have also called you guys numerious times and told id get a call back however that never happens , you also try to tell me your not responsible and thats utter garbage

Noone had styenpted to contavt me tho i have spoken to corporste on my own its been a slow process with no outcome in sight

A few months back boost had offered to replace my phones at a unsatisfactory level but non the less it was the only option i was given . That being said since the phone had sold out i was told to wait ir choose a different phone .

I have tried 50 yines to do that and the customer support is beyond the worst . From stating I have the wrong number and no service to telling me id get a return call . The offer i was given was for the s10 which came back once and they gave me a code to take to the store that did nothing . This had been happening for 8 months or so .

So i just talked to boost who magically now see my accoubt today and the offer but now im being told to pay and its only 50 percent off which is somewhat true as the offer was gor the phone that isnt there was double the amount of the ecisting deal which made it free. But because of this taken do long (not on my end but because of boost) and the fact that im sure ill spend another 4 months now trying to get someone to help me since i just got hung up on and the fact this shouldnt have been so difficult i feel the company should make good on the deal. Example If i was getting a 800 dollar phone for free due to 50 percent off the retail price on top of the 50 percent off why am i now being told i need to pay for a 250 dollar phone and the 50 percent off is making it 125 . That makes no sense what so ever !

My guess is that support isnt the brightest of people and have no idea what there saying i mean it takes me 3 days to get someone to actually pull my account up . This isnt goid business and call support needs replaced.

I transferred some money which was sent back to Bella. This was proven by Bella. However, no one has mailed me a check no one answers no one responds nothing . Also, the documents I received for the disputes i filed add up to a different number then what was added, IM missing about 700 dollars not to mentions returns not paid back .

Noone has contacted me in fact wells fargo has (the last time i spoke to them tryibg to appeal) told me i can no lovger file appeals , even if i had new evidence the case is closed and will remain fkosed no matter what i send . This seems very purposely done and that...

Wells Fargo has relentlessly closed disputes that I have provided evidence for, overwhelming evidence for. They have also violated regulations on a daily basis and say whatever they can to try to get the upper hand.

Don't expect a refund if they go over 10 days because they won't, in fact they will lie change dates and make new policies up on the spot. They will deny they follow regulations set by CFPB. They have a medical emergency policy they won't actually acknowledge, and they also will not explain a damn thing they say. Request documents don't worry, you may get them but not in the time frame, and what's that matter ?

It doesn't there's no consequence for them not getting those to you in the tine frame, matter of fact they will tell you the time frame is 30 days when in fact it's 10. Finally, you can also expect people to threaten you and put your information at risk OPENLY.

STAY AWAY from this bank if you can't read or haven't paid attention, this isn't the bank to bank with as they are openly ready to screw u over and don't seem to care about their recent scandals as they continue to create new ones. That I can't testify to.
