Okay Carol, rental agreement # is 1G78SH location is 6447 E Southern Ave. Superstition Springs location, Mesa, AZ. I have also contacted my insurance company American Family to let them know about this experience and apparently they will be contacting Enterprise as well! They have had numerous complaints regarding Enterprise as well!

What a joke. I emailed information to care@***.com, was immediately replied to by an employee stated it would be forwarded to a member of the Regional Management Team. What happened???? NOTHING.. It is clear to me that Enterprise Holdings does not expect local offices to live up to the hyperbole they spew on the corporate website. Next Step? A letter to the corporate headquarters in St. Louis. Let's see if THEY give a damn about customer service.
