I have been reading all the comments, and am appalled at the lack of constructive, proactive responses to legitimate complaints your customers are having when buying your cars. Writing repetitive sentences of sympathetic words without any written resolution of the actual issue is truly a shame. I am taking one of my daughter's to one of your dealers this weekend to look at a car she saw online. This is to be her first car, I will be there to make sure she is not one of your apparently very unhappy customers, and if I see any of the blatantly obviously unethical methods of trying to not be upfront and honest just to sell a car, rest assured, it will be pointed out to all. I was hoping she would have a fun experience she has worked hard to have. Your sales people should be thoroughly instructed, in a consistent manner, on the ethics of selling, and you as a company, should be far more upfront about warranties, condition of cars etc. And what on earth is pissed consumer? Did someone back in and make this up or is someone this uneducated in your employ to think this witty.
