Shapermint - Misleading offer

I just made a purchase upon checking out I was asked if I would like to add another shaper for the discounted price of $12.99 extra I clicked yes you guys added $24.99 I dont appreciate that I need to have this resolved please order #SM869****. I called customer service and got a voicemail Im very disappointed

I have received a refund concerning this matter and it was handled respectfully. I had no idea that I was leaving a comment on another website so I will be removing this so I want to make it known that the situation has been handled, thank you
