Concerns about Carolina Fresh Water

We were asked personal questions about our work status and age, supposedly in order to participate in their "survey," which was a prerequisite for them to come out an do a free water sample. We made an appointment for them to come out at a time when we 'both could be home' for the 'one hour consultation', which is what they require. The appointment was at 1:00; they called at 1:05 and cancelled it, saying that the technician was spending a lot of time at another location where the people had "bad water." They refused to come later that day, nor to send another technician, although we were available for the rest of that day. Stay away from them! They were very rude to us in the above behavior.
