Geralds Tires And Brakes - Uncharacteristically poor service

For some 20 years I have purchased tires exclusively at Gerald's. After this, I won't be back. I bought four new tires and one of them had a persistent vibration. I made four trips back and forth to the Dorchester and new Summerville locations trying to get the tires balanced. Each time the tech had a very bad attitude. Finally I took them to NTB and it cost me $60 to get all four bran new tires balanced, but they did the job and were polite aobut it. This should have been covered under the warranty provided by the tire company.They are Westlake tires.
