I put $200 on inmate account so that he could download movies to watch, and he said he has not been able to watch the movies that were downloaded to his player. So I am wondering if there will be a refund since he can't watch the movies and there is a certain timeframe that you have to watch the movies by. Dwayne underwood A722234 is his information just incase its needed.
