Microsoft - Email lock out

It was awful. The first person couldnt help me and transferred me to someone else. That women answered and as I started explaining the issue she turned the waiting music back on and it transferred me to the prompts again. The third person answered and didnt say anything then hung up on me. This was all over a 40 min time span. Waste of my time. Microsoft sucks! It shouldnt be this hard to get help with this.
