Massachusetts General Hospital - Company is not honorable

I bought it from the Mind, Mood and Memory, Massachusetts General Hospital, address Big Sandy, TX, Tom Canfield, Circulation Director. Assumed this was simply an address to send payments. This is not an honorable company. I sent them a check right away for $20 and then...

Resolved: Cheated by Nu Image Medical

Update by user Aug 11, 2020

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Ally, the manager, telephoned me right after I wrote this review.

She completely understood my problem and offered me a full refund. I am very pleased with her response as opposed to Melissa's response..

On August 3, 2020, I ordered 2 bottles of HCG Injections AFTER speaking with the doctor of the company who told me that the HCG would last 4-6 months before it was mixed. I based my order on his exact information and ordered 2 vials rather than only one. I received my prescriptions on August 10, 2020 and one vial expires 9/9/2020 and the 2nd one expires 9/16/2020 and neither of them are mixed so they should have lasted 4-6 months. When I called them, Melissa, the manager on duty, was totally non-caring and was apparently glad that they had persuaded me to buy 2 months knowing full well that one prescription would have expired before I could have even mixed it. She said they had advertised to everyone that the prescriptions were close to expiring, but never once did they tell you they would expire within a month. Yet, when I asked the doctor specifically about the expiration of the bottles I was to receive, I was absolutely lied to. They obviously have no honor nor integrity.

User's recommendation: Absolutely DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Resolved: Woo Pure - Shyster Company

Update by user Aug 10, 2018

I just commented on my review. I sent them another message letting them know that I had given them poor reviews online because of their lack of response to me.

They responded to me and said that their message system was down and they had not seen my request for a refund.

They told me they would give me a refund once I returned the product. Which I did and they did.

Woo Lash offered a 60-day money back guarantee on their shyster website. They would not respond to me or my many messages. There is no phone number and they do not have a customer service phone number. This company deliberately misleads the public and engages in fraudulent advertising. They should be shut down so they can no longer steal people's money. I have read other reviews (unfortunately after I had purchased this product) who have had the same problem. This is a warning to you who choose to purchase this product. Know that it does not work for everyone and you will give them your money and you will not hear from them again. Do not plan to exercise your right to a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. SHYSTER COMPANY.

After I wrote this review, I also sent Woo Lash a message letting them know that I had given them a terrible rating based on their absolute lack of customer service. Woo Lash then decided to send me an email stating that their messaging service had been out of operation and they did not have a list of all of the people who had sent messages to them.

They apologized profusely and told me I could return the product for a full refund. I did and they have now given me my refund.
