Playstation - Subscription accidental, request refund
Thought that I had cancelled payment to PlayStation and have been paying it on direct debit for consecutive months without realising, Tried to contact support from UK although the chat not just asks to reset password, I already know my password, website takes you round in circles looking for help, Been charged over £125.86 for 14 months subscription for something I never used!
- Cant get on the phone with them
- Cant get any customer service
- Taking subscription without usage
