Resolved: Uhaul - Lousy Customer Service

The customer service at the U-Haul on South Plaza Trail Stinks! Seems if they’re not selling boxes or bubble-wrap they aren’t much interested in your business. Propane customers apparently have the very lowest priority. I waited almost 30 minutes to get a propane fill-up for my RV. After the manager walked out and headed for the lot without so much as a “someone will be with you in a minute” I drove off. Walk away from business’s that aren’t interested in doing business with you.

Resolved: Anderson Flooring Of Virginia Beach - Wasted over 10 days trying to get an estimate from Anderson

Anderson claims they called several times. We have no record of any phone calls or text messages before posting our original review after waiting almost 10 days for them to contact us with an estimate.

By that time we had selected another flooring business to do the work. No need for a resolution or further discussion as the review is intended for customers who may consider Anderson in the future.

Do not recommend Anderson. We requested an estimate to refinish our hardwood living room floor, upstairs hallway and stair steps. They sent an estimator out who promised an estimate in a couple of days. After five days we called Anderson asking about the estimate and was told they’d send is soon. 10 days later we called again and was told the owner would contact us. Nothing. Bottom line “never trust a company that’s too busy to be responsive when you’re looking to hire them for a job!”

Raypak - Noisy & Unreliable

No contact from Raypak with regard to this review. The ignition is still unreliable and the "howling" noise still happens when the unit eventually turns on. Very disappointed.

Purchased a Hayward RAYPAK 266k BTU natural Gas Pool heater with digital ignition from INYOPOOLS about a month ago. Had it professionally installed. Nothing but trouble since. Very hard to light off the burners (the display’s favorite phrase is “Ignition Failure.” On those occasions when it does light it screams like a “BANSHEE.” Contacted INYO and they brushed me off to the manufacturer. Contacted Hayward and they said it was an install problem. Got the installer to talk to Hayward and then come out to look and fiddle with a “by-pass?” Still screams when lit but the noise goes away after a few minutes. The ignition failures persist. Extremely disappointed in this product and Hayward/Raypak. Would not recommend.
