Uber - Customer service support is terrible

Why do I have two monthly charges on my company credit card for an app that I used only once and cancel that same day and not to mention did not receive any receipts for both transactions.

User's recommendation: Do not use Uber unless you don’t mind paying a monthly subscription and if you don’t mind not receiving customer support.
