EliteSingles - Subscription canceled months ago and I continue to be billed

Filled out cancellation of subscription on the website, said it was canceled. I am still getting billed for it. I was on hold 1:30 mins with the customer service number, no one ever answered. I just used the number on this website and it was a fax number
