Little over a week ago, I ordered deli online. I have been doing this for several months because I can't stand and wait the long before my back gives out. I went to pick up the order and for the first time it was half there. I was missing a meat and there was an empty bag with a label on it saying out of stock. They had my number, they couldn't call and ask if I wanted to substitute another brand? Then the deli supervisor/manager tried to bully me saying this happens to me a lot because my last name was the same as someone else. So not only was my order half *** now I am being bullied. She is an older woman with glasses who always wears a white cap on her head. I haven't complained before, but since I am being accused, I might as well. My response to her was my last name is very common and I walked away. They call that customer service? I was just in the store today, had to use one of the electric carts, the back wasn't doing so good. I made it through the store and to check out without a problem. The kid bagging asked if I need help to the car, I said no my daughter is with me she can help. She unloaded the cart and I went and placed the cart near a handicap spot, while walking back with my cane, and older guy who worked there basically scolded me for not asking for help because I had the electric cart. Excuse me, so now you are approaching customers in the parking lot and being rude once again. If this was the policy, then why didn't the first bagger follow us to the car regardless if we needed help. They blame the customers for everything. Publix, fix your dam problems and stop blaming the customers and being rude. I have had it with this store. Walmart had better service. So Publix, I am shopping else where. Publix, you don't deserve my money. It seems the staff there just don't get it. Without customers you don't have a job or get paychecks!
