Been trying to talk with someone for 3 days regarding my account. There is NO customer service with verizon.

We cannot access our account for billing information. Been trying for 3 days to speak with someone. This is ridiculous. Even the "let us call you back" mode sucks.

User's recommendation: Go elsewhere if you think you'll ever need to speak to someone.

Spent several hours to change my login/password - got a message that didn't recognize my phone #(the same 1 I've had for 15 years) - went to Tyler TX office to resolve - was rudely blown off by V "customer service: rep(rude, arrogant) & problem NOT resolved - this on 12/21/21
