FlixBus - Bus leave earlier than it should be

Awful experience!! I have a trip today 11/29/2021 3:10pm from houston to dallas, I arrived at bus station at 3pm (Im pretty sure is the correct place cause this is not the first time I take the bus at Kirby location )I waited there for 40mins theres No BUS coming! I checked on the app it said the bus has already left! Interesting how can the bus leave earlier than it should be ? I called the customer service of cause theres no one answer the phone! Awful experience ever!
