Sony - Horrible customer service

Ive been calling for days to see if anyone can help me change the number to my account that is connected with the 2 step verification due to the fact I no longer have that phone. No ones helped me and I dont have access to my account. Sony is charging me every month for my subscriptions that I dont have access to.
