I ordered an Uber yesterday afternoon to go to Manhattan. To church I was running late and the Uber driver kept saying he was on his way!
I was freezing waiting for him by the bank and he made me wait approximately 30 mins. He then canceled my Uber and I reordered the Uber but since it was so cold I canceled the Uber and took a regular taxi!
I payed about $40 that Im waiting to get reimbursed for! Plus$12 cancellation fee!
The driver was extremely unprofessional and should get fired! Im extremely upset and disappointed!
The 2 other drivers were so professional I tipped them both.
Im very disappointed and dont think I will take overpriced Ubers any longer!
Ill take the train or bus! I rather freeze than to deal with any jerk Uber drivers.
