Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh - TRANSMISSION JOLT AFTER BEING SERVICED

Hello Sir or Madam, I purchased my Sorenta 2017 brand new and when it got 103000 miles on it the engine blew up. I carried it in for maintenance this past week and the Service Department drained my transmission fluid and replaced it. Now i have this alarming jolt while driving my Sorenta. I carried it back twice and the service person seems to be irritated with me because the transmission does not do it when they drive it. That's because they don't drive it far enough. The dealership is Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh North Carolina and the service guy is named Mike. I am so sick of this car for the trouble it has given me. I want my car fixed and i am not getting the support i need. I will never buy another Kia and no one else i know will not buy one. Sincerely, Donald Hassell 919-264-****
