Ajio - Issues with order

I have nothing to held against the Company. However, till now no where it is confirmed that the delivery boy (Ecom Express) who was responsible to brought pain & uncertainty of my prepaid purchase has been taken to task. Every thing is on record & can be seen through mail & text messages between Ajio & me as well as with delivery agent. I failed to understand why company like 'Ajio' is failed to meet the desired expectation of customer.
