Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

On 11/21/21 I ordered on the Fazolis app. My order number was 579517****123782. The store that prepared my order is located on Lafayette Rd in Indianapolis, IN. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, extra Breadsticks and a piece of Peppermint Crunch Cheesecake as well as a piece of New York Cheescake for delivery. When I received my delivery, not only was the cheesecake not the one I ordered but I did not get the Fettuccine or extra breadsticks. I only got two pieces of New York cheesecake. I called the store and they said they will contact the help desk so I will receive a refund. When I didnt hear from them I contacted the need help on the app and still have not heard back from the help desk and also no answer on the app

User's recommendation: If you want your complete order, pick it up. Don’t have it delivered.
