The delivery was late. When I tracked online, it said delivery delayed due to customer request. Why would I request something like that? In fact, a few minutes before that tracking information update, I received a text msg that I believe was from the courier. They ask for tips to reach my place. And I patiently replied. I couldnt find a complaint email on Amazon website so I contacted them by phone. I just wanted to ask why they put fake information such as customer request to delay. I hate that they claimed I did something which I obviously didnt. When someone from their service team pick up the phone, he asked me to identify myself and I did. But just when I was describing the situation, he hung up the phone. Some customer service!
