Rona - 4 unreturned calls to reschedule a dishwasher installation

I am on the *** of cancelling my appointment to have a dishwasher installed as the company contracted out by Rona will not return my calls for a rescheduling. I have lost confidence in Rona and am reluctant to do business with them again in future. It is amazing how a company can fail to realize that they stand to lose many more profits by losing someone's business for good (not to mention the bad press they receive) than by having a decent contractor represent them from the get go.
