Verizon Wireless - Can't activate new phone
Finally got phones activated after 3 days. Signed up for auto pay and paperless billing for discount of $10 per line and it was never applied or signed up, so bill is another more than stated. Rep couldn't help because account got locked trying to access my Verizon app. Can't sign into app to change account owner or resign up for auto pay and paperless. Never been so disappointed with a company as I have been with Verizon the last couple weeks.
User's recommendation: Make access to Verizon apps easier.
- Poor customer service and worst phobe service ever
- Hidden fee dont respect there customers
