Grossinger Kia - Sold us a car with a lien on the title!

I would give less than one star if I could. We purchased a used car 2 months ago from Grossinger Kia Lincolnwood and turns out it had a lien on the title! So they have our cash, paid in full, and we do not own a car! Mike at kia refuses to take the car and refund our money. He says "it's out of our hands, it's a state thing." Beware buying from them, they don't do their due diligence, and then they say it's not on them. They take no responsibility. The first night we went to look at the car--the sales guy couldn't find it in the lot! It took him over half an hour of looking and then it was too late to test drive because they closed. When we bought it, even though we had the car, and the price, it still took over 2 hours in their office. THEN we had to go back a week later because they forgot to have us sign another paper. So it took 3 nights of ours to finally buy the car--that now we do not own.
