Amazon - Customer Service

I made an order and they sent the completely wrong size. Instead of exchanging it for the right size, this "customer service" representative said I have to return it and then reorder. Plus, the item went up in price substantially, so I would also have to pay that price for something they should have gotten right in the first place. 30 minutes wasted, most of them "holding". I also asked them to just cancel my Prime membership and I was going to send back the 2 Echo Dots I had just ordered for Christmas, but was told (after holding again), "Sure, I can do that, but we need to do your return first." I'm going to try someone else tonight that will actually exchange this item and cancel my Prime membership.

User's recommendation: Cancel your Prime membership. Zero customer service.
