Skylink Tv Antenna - No response to inquiry

I ordered a Skylink Antenna, I was supposed to get a extra discount of $5.00 and the coupon was never applied to my order. I have emailed them several times. The money for the antenna has been deducted from my credit card and I still have not received the antenna and it has been over 2 weeks. I don't know how to get in touch with these people. I believe they are scamming anyone that goes to their site. Any ideas from anyone what I can do to get my money back? This place apparently in is California, which I should have known better than to order something from California. How can I get in touch with the Attorney General of the state? Like I am sure he or she will help me.

Just want to add a comment. I did receive an email from Skylink and they did refund my money. I never received the antenna.
