I was in the middle of booking a Lipid profile test, made the payment and immediately network gone therefore payment deducted but test was not booked, now I am trying to find out where the money has gone but there is no service available on 1mg to guide you where is your money and when you will get back it so I can re-book the test.

User's recommendation: Please add a service in your app to help customers with transaction problems.
