was told that it would be looked into. Still not resolved. Still receiving notices that the bill of $80.00 is currently in dispute.

Because of Verizon screw up. I am being charged $79.00 and tax. Can't be refunded by Verizon standards. This company is a wasted joke.

User's recommendation: AVIOD VERIZON AT ALL COSTS.
