Shift4Shop - Poor Customer Service

I tried migrating my Shopify store to shift4shop because I couldn't afford Shopify's hefty fees. I got nothing but problems with the admin panel. Constant errors, I couldn't DO anything. I spent days on customer support. I also needed help moving my products and was told that someone could help me for free but then was told by someone else that it was $99 per file transfer! That's ridiculous. I can't even get my store up and running and I get no help from customer support. It's ridiculous to treat people like that when they've wanted nothing but to use their service.

User's recommendation: its not worth it when the system doesn't even work.

Etsy - Seller Abuse

Because of Etsy I lost my entire business, thousands in dollars and my brand name was ruined. I have found other people with the same problems with their so called "safety and trust" team and I want to find more people who have had similar issues to form a class action lawsuit against them. Green Dot Corporation - Won't Let Me Close Acct. Card Did NOT Work

I purchased a refillable debit card at walmart for $20. I tried using it at 3 different stores and it kept coming up as fraud warning and would not let me use the money. I tried getting online to see what the issue was and customer support said I owed them $7.95 for keeping the account open one month and that they would not close my account until it was paid. I said I wasn't going to pay a monthly service fee when I haven't even been able to use the card! I then tried calling in. Same exact thing from the first person I talked to. So he transferred me to the dispute team who basically said it wasn't their job and they were going to transfer me back to customer support. And by the way, according to the dispute guy my account wasn't even activated so why then would I be charged a monthly service fee?!
