DoorDash - Refusal to refund

I ordered 1-12 pack Mich Ultra; driver showed up with Modelo. I said that's not what I ordered, he said, IDK how that could happen, looking very disappointed, I said, fine, I'll keep it (only for the benefit of the driver and his tip). I requested a partial refund. They offered my $5. I was charged over $30 for beer and all fees (including tip, of course). Every order I've rec'd is incorrect and I've only ordered a handful of times. And this was their response: Thank you for contacting DoorDash. We are sorry that you had a disappointing experience using our service. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your request due to the amount of recently processed compensation on your account(s).
