ATT - Repair service doesn't exist

land line has been out for 5 weeks now. repairman has been out three times and it still doesn't work. i've made two public service commission complaints. i'm a law enforcement officer and my agency must be able to reach me 24/7. at@t just does'n't care. i've been a customer of this company for 55 years .perhaps its time for a change.
