ABF Freight System - Shipment is 12 days late!!

After paying $100.00 for expedited delivery, which pushing the delivery date back THREE times, and me taking two days off work,I still do not have my delivery. I called today and was LITERALLY told "Yeah, you're not getting it today, who do you think we are, Amazon!?" I was then told that it is MY (the consumer's) responsibility to call and ARRANGE for delivery!? On what planet does this happen? When I said that I've never heard of this process before, I was scoffed at and told "well that's how all delivery companies work, it's not our problem". All this is to say that I STILL do not have what I paid for, and we are going on day 13.

User's recommendation: When purchaing something online, find out what shipment method the retailer uses. if its ABF or ARC, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
