Best Buy - Bad Transaction

Promised me on 7/21/21 If I bought my laptop that day by a certain time I would receive it the next day on the 22nd. I took off work to be there to sign for it. I get an email stating it had been delayed probably until 8/05, maybe later. I paid the total price online, and the next day they hit my card for another $38.92. No one could tell me what that was for.Never again.

Peet Shoe Dryer - Shoe dryer falling apart

I travel a lot with my job, so I am always looking for ways to downsize and make travel easier. I noticed on the Peet website, they now make portable shoe dryers. I purchased the Ultra for $59.99. I noticed one day a small screw had fallen out of the dryer. One day I put on my boots, and noticed something was wrong. There was a screw in my boot. Since then, another screw has fallen out. Peet has offered to replace the dryer, but why I want another defective dryer?T then I

TMobile - Broken app

The T mobile quit working. They can't fix it and it cannot be uninstalled. They are called "experts"but keep giving me the run around. One person wanted me to give him my password over the phone. Obviously he assumed I'm a *** What's the point of a password if you're going give it to people? It's their app, it's broken, they can't fix it. Plus, after a T Mobile update 200 pictures disappeared from my phone. All they can say is "oh well". Losers

TMobile - They lie

I just went with T Mobile, big mistake! I mailed in the att note 9 with the shipping label they provided. They say they never received the phone. The tracking number provided to me by UPS says it was delivered to a T Mobile warehouse in Ft. Worth TX. Plus, my second bill went by $6. That's not much money but how much will it go up next month? They are worse than att. I'm going back to using smoke signals.

Ford - Customer support

Well, here I go again. Ford sent me an email saying I need to update SYNC 3 to 3.4.

I jump through all the hoops. Nothing, I can't get to the download page. I can't even do a chat. I google this scenario and finally, I clear the cache and history and reopen the browser.

After about an hour I am able to chat with an agent. Ashley tells me the site is under maintenance! Really? Over an hour to this out!

I'm 62 I have owned fords all of my life and proud to do so, but no more. I'm gonna sell this new Ford and buy a Nissan their customer support has got to be better.

No matter why or when I contact Ford customer support I cannot get a straight answer about anything. Also,I can barely understand the person I am talking to. I have been trying for 3 days to get answer to a simple question, nothing. So, I give up. Local dealerships are their saving grace. Ford customer support SUCKS! I see a Chevy in my future.

Their customer support is the worst I have ever seen. It's a joke to even call that number. And you can't get in touch with ANYBODY that has the power to do anything.

Darn Tough - Great socks, but

I ordered a pair of steely toe boot socks from Darn Tuff socks. No doubt a great pair of socks, the fit was great and they felt great. I discovered *** in one of them and contacted the company. They said no problem and got right on it. They said they would send me a mailing label for the return. I never got the mailing label. Now, if they're not returned within 30 days, then you are charged for the second pair. I get an email from a company named return fly.com, stating I would be charged for the 2nd pair. SoI called the number theyprovided. The person at return fly.com said I would have to contact Darn Tuff, which I did. That person told me returnfly.com handled all of their returns, and the return mailings label should have came fro returnfly.com in an email. It never came. Do they have so many returns they have to hire someone to handle all of their returns? I noticed the second pair they sent me, one of the socks is unraveling at the top. I'm sticking with Fox River steel toe boot socks. They're 2 pair for $ 16, They don't have a lifetime guarantee, but in 20 years I have never had a defective pair, or return any for any reason.
