Best Buy - Printer didn’t work. Wanted money to look into it

Bought a printer. Didnt work. Called up that very same day. After calling local store said that I needed level 2 help and that costs money. On a printer that I bought from them that day. Way to stand up for products you sell

When you buy a car is the dealership obligated to teach you how to drive? Obviously you do not recognize skilled labor. Grow up and figure it out yourself.

A working printer and or full refund with a real apology that I have been wronged and an admission that charging customers to get products that they just bought from them that day to work is inexcusably wrong and in every single instance indefensible
