Fashion Nova - I received the wrong item
I did not receive my dress, but I did receive a very cheap-looking gold cover-up I did not order. I have sent multiple pictures of the item I received.
I have emailed multiple times.
I have not gotten any response. Why would I ever order anything again with this terrible customer service?

I received a very thin gold bathing suit top and a small cover-up, not the blue floral sundress I ordered. I am having trouble with the return.
- Nova lux is always good quality
- Sometimes clothes are cut small

I have not gotten any shipping information, my account said inactive, boxycharm has gotten money for my November and December box but no shipping info .

User's recommendation: There needs to be a easier way to resolve issues, or talk to a person. I t didn’t use to be like this.
