Verizon - Need to see how much longer to trade in my old phone. And i can't transfer all my pictures

You won't answer the phone I want to speak to a representative it looks like I made a mistake switching to Verizon your custom service is horrible

I just need to know how to get all my pictures transferred from old phone to new phone and how much longer do I have to trade in my old ok phone so I can get my $500.00.
