Charter Communications - Unknown charge on credit report

I have a charge for $513 I'm not really sure why it's on there it's from two years ago I just had a spectrum account in Kentucky so I'm not really entirely sure why I have one from two years ago I haven't had a spectrum account until I moved to Kentucky I would like to have it removed if possible.
