Comcast - Poor Customer Service via Phone

The guys that came out to set things up were great, however, my experience with your phone support has been awful. I gave all the information and suddenly the robot said there was technical difficulties and instantly hung up! I requested transfer of service 11/5. It has not been activated and it is 11/9. This was done via phone also.
