Chattanooga Veterinary Center - Vet selling bad product

I bought 3 vials of Frontline from this vet for the first time. They were bad batches and did not work. When I contacted the vet to make it right, they hung up the phone on me after telling me it was not their problem and I would have to call Frontline. I called Frontline to be told it was between the vet and the consumer! The vet is refusing to give me a refund or a replacement. Frontline will do nothing about the problem either. DO NOT use this vet. Frontline says that it is possible that they are selling products that are not from the United States.

How do the vets know whether the product is not from the US. Just another example of Merial (Frontline) not taking responsibility for a product that DOES NOT WORK and is not labled properly.
