Resolved within a few hours after I sent an e-mail to David.This service was on the same high level as the product as such!

I bought a VueScan license on Oct 14th, 2014 and have been using it since then, most recently VueScan 9 x64 (9.6.32). The original purchase had serial number 11543**** and my customer number was 59545****. My e-mail address (since changed) was pandionutv@***.se. After the upgrade of my system I get a request to buy a new license to avoid the water mark. Is this an unavoidable consequence of the upgrade? Kind regards, Johan
