Verizon - Lousy customer service

dialed *611 the verizon prompt returned "sorry looks like your account is locked for some reason, but don"t worry we are here to help", Then it hangs up. I try the mobile app and I cannot sign in because you guessed it. It looks like my account is locked. I went to the store and am setting up an appointment to close my account and return over $1200.00 in equipment because I cannot get customer service. on strike please don"t let me laugh.stay stay

Verizon Wireless - Pissed off customer for over 11 years

Verizon is hiding an up charge of over $17 a month along with a prepaid user credit for $23.00. They charge $40 a month extra and then deduct $23. I was told I could not purchase the phone outright but if I wanted to put $240.00 down I could get the customer loyalty promo. This is all a bunch of bunk. I can purchase a new phone with no lock from Costco for $799.00. I don't want credits and I do not want a string atttattached

Prosper - Customer Service should read Customer Disservice

Prosper customer service is set up in a different state both physically and mentally. Most information is very deceitful and dishonest and most if not all customer service reps are ill informed and uneducated. These marble mouth baboons recite from a predetermined text of responses like an Indian loan shark boiler room. San Francisco based CEO David "The slime Ball" Kimball is the head of corporate bleeding. Unfortunately the tourniquet would be better placed around him rather than his predatory investing. Yep its a reverse sting that targets both inverters as well as borrowers. Try to talk to a customer service manager. Good luck!!!
