Amazon Prime Video - They have over charged me for Amazon prime now from the second month untill canceled

I am disabled so I was supposed to get the discount I got this for the first month then second month full price . They have been cheating me ever sense. I'm sorry but if you all could see how they tested me for the first few months to see if I would catch the over billing then you could see for yourself that this was deliberately done. I have contacted them many times including corporate office to no avail now I will be retaining a lawyer I'm sick of being ignored ! This has caused me such stress I have had a stroke and lost the sight in my left eye ! This company should change their name to wolves because that's what they have become. They are wolves, getting fat off the money they get from cheating their customers ! Let me tell you something about those customers you so blatantly steal and cheat, you want your customers for long treating people this way ! I would rather go into debt a thousand times over than ever spend another penny on this company ! So underhanded and disgraceful. This used to be a very respectable company, but no more you are known as. thieves

User's recommendation: Do not trust this company Amazon , do no business with them unless you wish to get ripped off.

They will not even give you the curtisy of.acknowleging your complaint. The company may later try and say this was done behind their backs but they will be lying because a company as big as thise has several people dho oversees things like this ! It should never have...

From day one upon getting Amazon prime they over charged me! Then when I caught this I was on phone call to them for a while till the rep assured me that it was fixed and I would be reimbursed for the over charge . Then you guessed it I was charged the correct price...
