Microsoft Windows Live Hotmail

I loaded in Microsoft's Windows Live Hotmail on my girlfriend's pc on Apr. 3rd, 2010. She still cannot receive e-mails. Microsoft's Solution Center is a waste of time. They never return your question or solve the problem. Plus, you cannot talk to a live tech support. I've used Hotmail for a few years and love it. That's the reason I loaded it in on her pc. I just can't understand how so many people are having problems by the thousands, such as constantly being asked to verify your account, blocking your e-mail, etc. Just check out their Windows Live Hotmail Solution Center and you'll see what I mean. She's going to close out her account and go with another e-mail provider.
