7Th Avenue Costumes - Being billed for items I don't have

I have received a bill for something I don't even have . That was never shipped. The tax with shipping and handling price run just as much or more than the item you try to purchase which is not good at all ..... seventh avenue has some nice items but be careful especially when you get a bill and haven't received the item

User's recommendation: If u do get something from Seventh avenue be sure that you have received the items they are send.
