Received email from Bank of America and this company was offering items at a discounted price within the email. 10/07/2021 ordered sound pods price $9.99 and sound pods bundle for $7.83. I received the items a couple weeks later they were really cheap and the sound pod case was a flexible material Three weeks later 10/31/2021 they billed my card $109.88 for the item I paid $9.99 on 10/07/2021 saying trail was completed, there were no information stating this was a trial period.. They had my card on file so they were able to bill me again without my knowledge. Buyer beware if it sounds to good to be true it is, they just want your card information to add additional charges on your account.

Pros:
  • Cheap overpriced at 10 dollars
Cons:
  • Deceptive advertising
  • Use deceptive advising bait and switch

Preferred solution: Do not use deceptive advertising, advertise items for a sale price and then turn around and bill customers for the full price stating the offer was a trail without providing details that the price was a trial.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase items offered in emails from your bank.
