purchased a 2019 Mesa Ridge 374 BHS end of November 2018. Work has me traveling the country, so I live in it. Not my first camper, just my first new one and first Mesa Ridge. From the beginning the refrigerator was not staying cold. Three months into it the main AC unit went out. Dealer says bring it back we'll work it into the schedule. I'm in Pecos, TX. Dealers in Cleveland, TX. 12 hrs away. They estimate 4 or 5 weeks to repair. i cant take time off work to deliver it and no place to stay for that long if I could. I had to find an RV service that came to me and replaced the AC unit through Dometics warranty. they also tweeked the fridge so it would stay cold. Moved it to Carlsbad that fall. The furnace wouldn't run. Same runaround with the dealer. Local dealer couldn't get the part. meantime the water lines froze. gotta have a running furnace to heat them. found a local with tin snips and a grinder. been working since. flooring in the kitchen has been spongie in spots for the last year. now the floor in the big slide is delaminating due to shoddie work sealing it at the factory. Cant even get the slide to come in now. of course nobody from the dealer or the factory want to even discuss it. The trim pieces they put on the slide flooring is junk. came apart the first week. Heating element in the dryer has gone out twice, Grey water valve is stuck open. Its junk they charged $75,000 for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Im going back to Double Tree.
